About 3rd Mind

The company was founded by Frank Giebel at the beginning of 2009 as e.K. (registered merchant) and registered in the commercial register of Frankfurt am Main. In 2018 the change of form took place to a GmbH.

Since 1995, dedicated expertise has been trained in the IT industry, in particular with international IT manufacturers in the areas of storage, archiving and compliance. For more than 10 years, 3rd Mind has been intensively involved with organizational and technical data protection as well as IT compliance in business applications.

Our company provides the external data protection officer for SMEs and municipal enterprises and also supports industry and larger authorities through senior consulting and project management.

Since the foundation of 3rd Mind, we have ourself consistently further developed. In addition the long-standing background from various positions in business and marketing operations at US IT manufacturers such as Dell, SGI (Silicon Graphics), StorageTek helps us in that way too.
