We only accept assignments for which we also have the necessary expertise and or we can get on board.
Optimization measures are only recommended in such a way that they
a) fit into the existing structures of the client,
b) represent a real benefit and / or effective risk minimization,

It has not happened yet, but it can always happen something. Should something go wrong in a project or cause damage to 3rd Mind, it will be confessed without any ifs and buts - that's the way it is.
In the event of monetary damages, the 3rd Mind insurance package for pecuniary loss and professional liability (see imprint) will step in.

The advice is always on our own responsibility, neutral and without dependencies on third parties.
We undertake to exercise absolute neutrality in the exercise of our mandates. Technology providers and recommend such only at the request of
Clients or in the framework of comparative analyzes of available services. We neither require nor accept commissions for a solution selection.

3rd Mind generally ensures the highest level of confidentiality in dealing with information that comes to our notice in the context of consulting and other services,

PRICING POLICY

Before placing an order, a written offer is generally issued. The conditions are based on the required professional competence (see certifications), on the required / ordered person days as well as on the client organization. For orders of a data protection officer the role application and the actual work are strict separated.

ORDER PROCESSING

Depending on the duration of the project, our activities are usually settled at the end of the month or after the project has been completed. In the case of pure expense work, a transparent activity report is created for each billing with the work and expenses completed - assigned to individual work packages.
